All Content will created to highlight:

  • Community Driven - A staple for the Whittier neighbors

  • Authentic Experience - Warm vibes, cinematic story.

THE BUSINESS NEEDS

  • Day 0 content to create Pre-Hype. Organic tease posts. Coming soon reels. Behind the scenes of setup. Community countdown content.

  • Update logo file for social media use. Clean, no background. sharp and adjustable to various sizes and colors. Black/white reverse.

  • Paid ads launch and management. Setup Meta Business Suite for content calendar management. Setup up google paid ads and analytics.

  • Soft opening day 1 coverage. BTS content. Photo and video clips. Live coverage on TikTok Live.

  • Post opening push - 2/3 Weeks of Testimonial Content. Ongoing organic and paid content.

Timeline Part 1:

April 6th- April 8th

  1. Redo logo. Prepare brand graphics.

  2. Setup Meta Business Suite

  3. Setup google ads

  4. Create shot list for Day 0 and Day 1 photoshoots.

April 8th-10th

  1. Day 0 photoshoot day. 4 hours on location. Begin editing immediately. Create 4-8 content pieces to circulate.

  2. Post like crazy. Instagram, Google Ads, Tiktok. At least 3 posts per day.

  3. Tag influencers, tag local community announcement boards.

Total Day 0 setup and photoshoot. $900

Timeline Part 2:

Soft launch weekend content:

April 11-12th

-4 hours coverage ($500)

  • Includes 25-50 mixed photos and 5 sec clips

  • TikTok clips live raw post immediately. Instagram story posts raw as well.

-8 hours coverage ($900)

  • Includes 100+ mixed pictures and 5 second clips.

  • TikTok clips live raw post immediately. Instagram story posts raw as well.

-Per Hour Rate $200

  • We don’t know when the best shots of the day will be so it is recommend to get more coverage prescheduled. Unless you know you are doing a specific ribbon cutting or timed ceremony.

Video Reels are separate due to longer editing times. $100 per reel. Includes 1 reel in project proposal. Reels are 30-50 seconds long. How many video reels would you like?

Recommended Ad Spend: $500 for the week.

All Ad Spend goes directly to Instagram/Meta Business and Google ads and is paid directly using your Credit Card. They charge their own service fees.

Timeline Part 3: Ongoing Monthly Marketing Support

Total $900 per month (3 month campaign)

Incudes:

  • 2 Content shoots per month.

  • 4 Cinematic Reels. (1 per week)

  • Paid Ads Management.

  • Monthly Reporting and Ads Performance Consulting

Campaign Strategies:

  1. Soft Opening Announcement 30-45 days.

  2. Brand Story Campaign. Values, and about us. 20-30 days.

  3. Product Highlight- Coffee or Bagels. How we make it, quality, flavors, customer testimonials.

  4. Then we can start working on promotions, giveaways etc.

MAKE IT EASY

Go all in $1800 I will shoot, edit, setup and manage all your Day 0 and Day 1 content for the next two weeks. I’ll also include a total of 3 Video Reels.

Option 2: You don’t need me all day Saturday/Sunday of launch. $1,400. (includes 4 hours)

Recommended Paid Ads Budget: $500 for this week.

  3. Onboarding call. Review timeline. Create logins for all apps. Discuss music, messaging and other brand related style guides to prepare shot list.
